Planning and Zoning Consultation

HCD's planning and zoning professionals will act as a liaison between local governing authorities and the owner/developer to ensure the greatest possible coordination of effort in order to meet governmentally imposed requirements.

HCD will thoroughly research local and state development regulations, laws and ordinances to ensure timely permitting, modifications, variances, and re-classifications of sites.

These services are provided on a flat fee or hourly basis and are tailored to the specific needs of the client.
