Old National Market PlaceFulton County, Georgia - Old National Market Place is 40 acre commercial retail center with stores, entertainment and high-end restaurants. Located in unincorporated Fulton County, the site adjoins another shopping center containing a Wal-Mart Super Center, Ross and other small specialties stores. Market Place at LaFayetteHistoric Fayetteville, Georgia - Market Place at LaFayette is a 13.732 acre site located in Historic, Downtown Fayetteville. The mixed-use site will house luxury apartment homes or office spaces above small specialty retail shops, along with medium to large retail buildings. We Care PediatricEast Point, GA - We Care Pediatric and Adolescent Group has contracted with HCD to provide project management services for its new 4,300 square foot building. HCD has assisted We Care from site selection, through permitting and now serves as the project manager in the construction phase. Additional information is available here.
