Legacy Hills is a 63 lot gated luxury subdivision located on 90 acres of heavily wooded land in North Fayette County, Georgia. The subdivision is home to several recording industry celebrities and other high net worth business and professional homeowners. The property was designed and constructed with exclusivity and privacy as a paramount featured offering to potential homeowners.

Heritage Creek purchased the property and assembled and managed the design and construction teams. The company also managed the construction of several homes in the neighborhood before selling the last 35 lots to a group of home builders in 2004. Currently, home values in the subdivision range from the high six hundreds to over 1 million dollars.
